I think you will find my class challenging but fun, incorporating fast paced Vinyasa flow style with upbeat music. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, my classes move quickly but I always encourage students to stop and explore where and when they need to. Only you know your limits and class is meant to explore those. My Vinyasa style classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. No matter your age, expertise or fitness level, Yoga can be for everyone. My classes offer a judgement free space where we are truly here to explore and grow; no false pretenses allowed!
Vinyasa is fun and Yoga is a great way to strengthen the and body and improve overall health. With the flowing movements and great music, my classes provide a great work out. . In Vinyasa Flow we will move from asana to asana, connecting every pose with our breath. I will be there to guide you through the flow so poses run smoothly together.
If you are looking for private yoga lessons or a group yoga to celebrate an occasion like a bachelorette or bridal party, we can arrange that too. I can teach on the beach or at your house – and am always open to ideas and suggestions (like paddleboard yoga!)
A few tips before class:
You might consider coming to yoga class with an empty stomach. Yoga is full bending, twisting, lengthening, stretching, and strength moves.
Please let me know if you have any health concerns or issues. If you have a bad back or a sprained ankle, or any issues at all, just let me know before class and I will be happy to make modifications or advise when you might be better off to skip a certain pose that could make your condition worse.
